Installation steps
1. Open the storage cover. Turn the storage cover to the “unlock” mark according to the “switch” mark on the product.
2. Unscrew the storage cover. According to your needs, adjust the weight of the weights by adjusting the number of iron blocks.
3. Close the storage cover. Point the “switch” mark at the “unlock” point and turn the storage cover in the “lock” direction.
4. After installation, check if the “switch” mark on both sides is aligned with the “close” marks. If not, continue adjusting according to the previous steps.
Installation tips
1. When installed, add the same number of iron blocks at both ends evenly.
2. The iron block at the top of the ends of the dumbbell is removable. If you want to remove the upper iron blocks, you can tap the storage cover on the ground several times to remove it. To prevent damage to the storage cover, you can spread a layer of towels on the floor.
3. When removing the weight block, please hold the dumbbell upright. When unscrewing the top storage cover, pay attention to the weight block inside and do not let it fall.
